Terms and Conditions of Use of the Escape Andalusian Application
- Introduction
By downloading or using the “Escape Andalusian” application, owned by the Al Fanar Foundation for Arab Knowledge, with VAT number: G86392776, you agree to these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use this application.
- License to Use
The Al Fanar Foundation grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application exclusively for your personal and non-commercial use.
To access the use of each game, you will have to generate a code that will be valid for 48 hours from the moment it is activated in the application. It can only be used on the mobile device where the code is activated. Once purchased, there will be no possibility of a refund.

By using our application, you agree that we may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Please review our Privacy Policy.
- Payments
Some aspects of this application may require payments. All payments will be handled through the secure payment platform integrated into the application or on our website.

In no event shall the Al Fanar Foundation, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or covered damages that may arise during the use of the application.
